Experience Joy, Peace & Vitality!

Prana Yoga Center, a Vinyasa Flow Yoga studio & Yoga Alliance Registered School founded in 2001 by Gerhard Gessner, offers a peaceful sanctuary in downtown La Jolla just steps away from the ocean. We are dedicated to providing a safe and light-filled space where beginning through advanced students come together to practice and experience the life changing benefits of Yoga.

In addition to our invigorating signature Vinyasa Flow classes, we also offer gentle Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Community and Prenatal Yoga classes, as well as private instruction, corporate classes, workshops and Yoga Alliance certified teacher trainings. Coming in March: Happy Back Yoga!
