Through her yoga classes, Amy Jo shares personal challenges and discoveries as a way to connect with humankind and intensify her own understanding of self and others.

Teaching since 2002, Amy Jo teaches a style of yoga that integrates deep breath with mindful movement and encourages students to practice gentleness and honesty while exploring their innermost universe to heal past wounds, walk a path of authenticity, and evolve as a human being. Her inspirations and teachers include Ganga White & Tracey Rich at the White Lotus Foundation, Ana Forrest, Jiddu Krishnamurti, and Pema Chodron.
