After seeing subtle transformations through her own practice, Amy Jo began studying the philosophy and benefits of yoga. She teaches a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class which focuses on healing the body and nurturing the spirit through breath, mindfulness and unconditonal love for self.

Yoga allows us to open our hearts and minds, tear down the walls we continually build, recognize our personal truth and free ourselves from fear and destructive behavioral patterns while creating strength and grace on and off the mat.
