Arati Lane has been teaching Yoga since 1989 after living and studying Yoga and meditation in India and Southeast Asia for several years. After teaching and studying Jivamukti, Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga, she now focused on teaching Hatha Yoga, Pre-& Postnatal Yoga, Happy Back Yoga , Flow Yoga , women’s Yoga, Yoga for kids & infant massage, in addition to Ayurveda and Partner Yoga workshops. Arati also specializes in one-on-one private classes tailoring the session to the individual needs of the students. After a recent back injury sustained in a car accident, Arati received physical therapy for an extended period of time and healed herself with Yoga Therapy using the Yoga wall and its traction devices. Arati firmly believes that different bodies have different needs and embraces the many different styles and options Yoga offers. Yoga is for every body! Inspired by her son’s health issues, Arati explored Yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, and became a certified Ayurveda Wellness Advisor through the Sivananda Yoga Organization. Arati is thrilled to be teaching Happy Back Yoga classes on Mondays and Fridays at 10am and Prenatal Backcare on Fridays at 3pm at Prana! |
