Debora Wayne - Yin Yoga & Healing

A counselor, healer, and educator, Debora Wayne has been involved in the world of Dance, Fine Art, and the Healing Arts since early childhood.  An ex-professional Modern Dancer, Debora discovered her passion for Yoga in 2001.  As a Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor, Debora is dedicated to assisting students of all levels in experiencing how the practice of yoga can benefit their health & inspire their daily lives.  Her eclectic Yoga background has been most significantly influenced by training with Anusara teachers Jordan and Martin Kirk.  Debora was an instructor at At One Yoga Scottsdale and Phoenix before moving to the San Diego area in 2006.

In 1985 Debora became aware that "life force energy" flowing through her hands was having a variety of healing effects on people. This began a serious interest in the study and practice of "alternative" healing modalities which continues to this day.  Debora has earned degrees in Psychology, Hypnotherapy, and Addiction's Counseling.  In addition she has been a practitioner of Transcendental Meditation for 30 years, and a Certified Reiki Master since 1989.

Since 2006, Debora has been immersed in the field of "New Medicine" which explores the relationships of Science, Consciousness, Spirituality, and Healing.  Her private practice in Del Mar, CA has become well-known for her work as a Certified Reconnective Healing Practitioner. 

Reconnective Healing is changing our traditional understanding of health and healing.  By initiating higher dimensional healing frequencies, Debora brings in energy, light, and information, increasing vibratory levels in the body field which often leads to renewal and dramatic healing.

Reconnective Healing has elicited a tremendous amount of interest from medical researchers, scientists, and hospitals worldwide.  Debora has been fortunate enough to participate in scientific research studies conducted at the University of Arizona and the California Institute of Health Sciences.

Debora offers In-Office Sessions, Worldwide Distance Healing, and Private or Group Instruction in "Meditation Made Easy" and "Restorative Healing Yoga."
