Kundalini Yoga: Pranayama & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga is the science of charging and strengthening the radiance of the electro-magnetic field we emanate (aura), expanding our awareness, life energy and the ability to project our true Self out into the world. In this gentle class we syncronize posture, intention, breath and movement to energize and cleanse all major organ systrems and muscle groups, bringing levels of awareness to body and mind and gaining clarity. Special focus on pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.

Sunrise Yoga
Awaken your senses and start the day with ‘sun salutations’ and a flowing series of asanas.

Vinyasa Flow
Stretch and strengthen your body in this dynamic, high energy class through a flowing sequence of asanas that are connected by the breath to liberate prana. The focus of this class is on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, and strength and flexibility.

Introduction to Vinyasa Flow: Flow style class ideal for beginning and intermediate students who would like to master the fundamentals of yoga through thorough instruction, focus on alignment, variations in poses and synchronized breathing.

Anusara-Inspired Flow
Anusara Yoga's Universal Principles of Alignment are taught in this life-affirming Yoga which enhances the student's ability to understand and advance their Yoga process. Founded by John Friend in 1997, Anusara (meaning “flowing with Grace,” “going with the flow,” and “following your heart) Yoga® is a powerful hatha yoga system that unifies a Tantric philosophy of intrinsic Goodness with Universal Principles of Alignment.™

Hatha Yoga
An integrated sequence of physical postures, deep relaxation, pranayama (breath control) and meditation that will help you develop strength, balance, flexibility and increase concentration through body-breath-mind awareness. Great class for beginning and experienced students.

A wonderful way to bond with your baby and other new moms. Yoga with your baby contributes to your physical and mental well being ...and babies love it, too!

Pre-Natal Yoga
Move, stretch and strengthen your ever-changing pregnant body in a nurturing and safe environment to relieve aches and pains, release physical tension and create more flexibility. Breathing exercises and meditation will help you relax and prepare your body, mind and spirit for birth and motherhood.

Yin Yoga
This class in the Yin style/Taoist Yoga tradition focuses more on the feminine elements in Yoga and supplements the more vigorous (and Yang-oriented) style of Vinyasa Yoga.
