Our approach to Yoga is non-dogmatic and eclectic. Our classes and workshops focus on integrating breath with movement, developing awareness and alignment, and increasing strength and flexibility. The awakening of the mind- body connection allows for the release of stress and experience of deep relaxation.
In addition to our invigorating trademark Vinyasa Flow classes, we now offer 1-hour classes, gentle Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Meditation, and Prenatal Yoga classes.
Level 1-2: Beginning and intermediate students.
Level 2-3: Intermediate/Advanced
All Levels: Classes are suitable for all levels of students with variation in poses.
