Prana Yoga is an amazing place. The teaching staff is
excellent and diverse to say the least. Before beginning Yoga four years
ago, I ran and lifted weights several times per week without stretching.
I was on this schedule for many years and was unable to bend over and
touch my toes. I am happy to say that my body has never felt better,
all thanks to the excellent guidance of the humble and caring teachers
that devote their time to their many wonderful students.

"I would like to thank everyone at Prana Yoga for providing
an inspirational sanctuary in the midst of such a stressful non-stop
world. I am a first year law student at USD. Although I tried very hard
not to let stress from law school affect me, I began having panic attacks.
Desperate for a remedy, I decided to step into the yoga studio, and
I am very happy to report that it has worked. Since I began to practice
on a regular basis, I stopped having anxiety issues and I feel so much
better.

Just a short note to thank you for everything you've
done over the past few months. I must say, my expectation of the training
was to leave with a better understanding of the yoga philosophy and
the mechanics of the asanas so that I could incorporate them into my
practice. As a relative "newbie" to the yoga world, I never, in my wildest
dreams, would have thought that I would walk away with the wealth of
knowledge you two have given me. All that, and the experience of learning
with such a great group of people whom I can now call friends.....you
can never have too many of those! You both are truly inspiring people.
